The Delights of Nihility

"The Delights of Nihility" is a three movement suite embodying the angst stemming from the study of music at the conservatory level. The first movement sets up the listener in a dark area growing into a cathartic second movement, which ends in an explosion of emotion and anger. This explosion ends in desolation, apparent in movement three. The piece is intended to be adapted by the ensemble to fit its' need, particuarly in the free sections.
